Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mini Rays Club, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the information below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.
1. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at team@miniraysclub.com.au with the subject line “Return Request – Order #(your order number)”.
Include:

Your name and order number

The product(s) you’d like to return

A brief reason for your request
Once your request is reviewed, our team will respond with next steps and return instructions.
2. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note we do not accept returns on:

Gift cards

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/faulty item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Re-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before a refund is posted).

Contact your bank (processing times vary).
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at team@miniraysclub.com.au
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email team@miniraysclub.com.au and we’ll provide return postage details.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
9. Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major fault or issue with the product.
