Shipping policy

At Mini Rays Club, we carefully pack each order with love — because every parcel helps protect little eyes from the Aussie sun ☀️

1. Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide only from our base in Sydney, NSW.

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery time: 3–8 business days
Remote or regional areas may take a little longer.

We partner with trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle to make sure your order arrives safely.

2. Shipping Rates

FREE Shipping on Bundles!
All Mini Rays Bundles ship free across Australia.

For all other products (sunglasses or hats purchased individually), shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier link.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days, please contact us at team@miniraysclub.com.au

4. Delays & Lost Parcels

While most parcels arrive on time, occasional delays can happen due to courier issues, public holidays or weather events.
If your order seems delayed or missing, please get in touch — we’ll help track it and work with the courier to resolve it.

5. Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it’s unclaimed, reshipping costs will apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please email team@miniraysclub.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Include your order number, photos of the packaging and the product, and we’ll review and sort it out as quickly as possible.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping options may be introduced soon — stay tuned by joining the Mini Rays Club newsletter!
